No Rehire Status from 10 years ago

    Hey guys,

A friend has no rehire status after not showing up for shifts she did not know she was scheduled for about 10 years previous (circa 1995). She is curious if this will keep her from getting a professional job in the park? How long does your rehire status stay with you?

    Anyone with some ideas? Thanks!

I don't know. I do know that if you left on not-so-bad-terms that you have to wait at least 6 months, and then you can reapply. That is just for entry-level though, I'm not sure about professional though.
I would think it would be exceedingly petty to not rehire someone for missing some shifts 10 years ago. I'm sure it would be looked upon poorly and they would probably get a more thorough background and previous employment check than another person, but I doubt they would be outright barred.
