Lockers outside of the bag check area?

Just wondering if there are lockers near the main gate but outside of the bag check area. I'd like to bring a lunch to save on food at the parks but I know the people at the bag checks will turn me away or something if I have external food. Right? Anyway, thanks in advance!

We bring food in ALL THE TIME. The bag check people never say boo about it.

There are some lockers located in the Picnic area (near the Mickey and Friends tram loading area in DtD, but outside the security area), but they are the larger versions, I think the cheapest locker is around $8, and they have some that will hold a small cooler.

If you try to bring in a large amount of food, such as a cooler or a bucket of chicken, they will turn you away. On the other hand, you just have a few "snacks" they don't care.

You can bring what you want, as long as it's not booze, in a glass container or a weapon.

As others have said, you won't be turned away.

Just don't bring a Swiss Army knife.

    Or

You could always tuck that food into your waistband (next to the Uzi). They'll never see it there.

So a sandwich, some chips, a couple of things of cranberry juice and a couple of water bottles in my backpack won't be an issue?

Not at all. As long as the water isn't in glass bottles, they'll be fine.

And if they do say something, food allergies or religious/medical dietary restrictions are the perfect answer.

They are trying to stop the family of eight bringing a full day's meals in the 60-Quart ice chest on wheels and the camp stove , and send them over to the Picnic Area instead...

Just be considerate and go find a little out of the way spot for lunch, like a bench along Big Thunder Trail. If you take up a table at Plaza Inn with your picnic lunch where they could have a paying guest seated, they might get a tad annoyed.

I've seen a man carrying only a bag of Mcdonalds and sipping on a soda turned away before. I guess you can't take that kind in? The small chips and snack stuff is fine.
My campus elevator smells like burned hair and won't drop faster than the pull of gravity, no matter how much I scream.

A bag of McD's? No. But you can bring in a soda from McD's. I've done that before. Starbucks and Jamba Juice too, but with Jamba Juice, I had bought it at a ridiculous price in Downtown Disney.

Hey, The International, just stick your food at the bottom of your bag just in case the CM's do actually decide to look in it.
