They post the grades at the restaurants in Universal Studios. So Disneyland would be required to do the same if the same laws existed in Orange County. But they don't and that is due to from what I have been told, lobbying efforts by TDC.
That's entirely possible, but that wasn't the point of your first post as it was written.

Rancho you get a ton of food for the cost $ and is good, than you can go out on the patio and enjoy your food as you watch and are surrounded by the disney-environment....
Jo's is OKAY, but for the cost should be much better...Just try it, i've heard alot of negatives and alot of positives...Everybody likes and dislikes their own things, you may enjoy it as others may not...
4 pages and no post by Morrigoon??

I won't eat at Tortilla Jo's again. Food, service, prices, no way.
Rancho is ok - the salad in the taco shell was REALLY good. The other stuff, eh, but I enjoyed that. And the Crispitos... yummy...
Good morning, son
In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
It was pain
Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
