    Matterhorn - the Skyway holes?

I know they covered one of the Skyway through the Matterhorn holes after the Skyway closed. But did they "finish" the job with the latest refurb? That is, are the holes still there?

Over 100 reads and not one person said boo. o.o

    Very un-micechat!

Re: Matterhorn - the Skyway holes?

Well... what exactly is your question?

I think the holes were "filled in" at the same time when they first filled them. I don't think they would do anything to them now, technically speaking, they already finished filling it in years ago. Are you asking if they'll be COMPLETELY covered? Right now, you can tell where the holes used to be, they're just "filled in" with cavern themeing...

    Is this what you wanted??

I think there are still some small holes left....maybe to allow wind to pass through the mountain? I dunno.

No damit I want more, MORE! and a churro!

Actually thankyou - the pics kinda answered my question. Last I read they'd only put a patch over one of the holes.

I actually love the holes on the side of the mountain. It really shows the spookiness factor to the mountain that is not seen at all on the REAL Matterhorn and really bring out the fantasy with the use of the blue lights and the screams of the snowman. I love to see the holes from a distance at night because it looks sooo cool!

Does anyone happen to know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall?
