Talking A Christmas Fantasy Parade after park closing

It's awkward starting report with what occurred at the end of my trip. With that said I don't want the Christmas Parade to be over when I posting pictures of it. After the holidays when everything settles down I will post the first half of my trip.

November 15th 2006 was one of the most incredible nights of my life. I was a guest at a reunion to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Mine Train. The reunion held at Club 33 wrapped up long after Disneyland closed. To end a perfect evening all the attendees of the event were treated to a private train ride from New Orleans to Main Street. The audio on the train was turned off most of the way except when we neared a station. As we approached a station the conductor would make us laugh by replying to the trains recording at each stop.

    Toon Town Station-
Recording- ""If you will be leaving us here"...
Conductor- "That will be none of you".

    Tomorrowland Station
Recording- "If you will be leaving us here"...
Conductor- "Don't even think about it. Those cars are like the 5 at rush hour".

    Main Street Station
Recording- "If you will be leaving us here"...
Conductor-"That will be all of you".

As we departed the train the conductor informed us that we were not seeing the Christmas Fantasy Parade. It was not happening for two more weeks.

I was afraid to photograph the parade at night. So, I opted for the afternoon procession. Your pictures turned out sharp, however. This is a real treat!

That is great! What wonderful pictures! What is strange is seeing the parade and no one on the sidewalks watching it. You really had front row seats! thanks for a wonderful photo post

How neat, very nice photos, thanks for sharing.
Stalking is when two people go for a long romantic walk together but only one of them knows about it.

I was also surprised the pictures came out so well with such low light.

Good pics. I saw them practicing one night after close while I was there. It was weird to watch from the gates.

Im surprised no one asked you to not take pictures. They usually dont allow any pictures after hours.

Any second I thought they were going to ask me not to take pictures and leave. I was standing with Bob Gurr so I think that worked to my favor.
