Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen Photos and Review

Last weekend the group I'm president of had a dinner at Ralph Brennans in Downtown Disney. I'm not a huge fan of this restaurant, with its limited menu and premium prices, but as I've said in the past, it is a great choice for groups, and this was no exception. My steak was excellent, and the live jazz on a Friday night was a great touch. The decor, as always, is top notch. Here's the photos, including some fireworks shots in Downtown Disney as we were leaving:

Thanks for the pics but I want a pic of the nice juicy steak!

I've only been to Jazz Kitchen once but it was during lent on a Friday so I wasn't too thrilled with my selection choices. I should go again soon.

It's been awhile since we've been there, but I would highly recommend the deep fried crab. Not the healthiest choice on the menu, but very good!

Thanks for the shots and review Froggy!

Thanks so much for the great pics! Jst a quick note, I went a couple of weeks ago. The shrimp creole dish was pretty good. My mom got it. But I got the Jambalaya and it was without a doubt the WORST jambalaya I have eaten, and I have eaten several. The pasta was horribly cooked, the Jambalya was sitting in this weird soup. It tasted not so good. I'm sorry, maybe it was just that night, but STAY AWAY FROM THE JAMABALAYA!

I've always had good meals there myself. Service is sometimes spotty but last time I complained to the manager so we got complimentary drinks and a dessert. Also, during this time of year they server turducken. If they still have it I highly recommend it.

Same here. I ate there last summer and the food and service were really sub-par--no sense of care shown in either the preparation or presentation. It just seeed like "tourist food."

ORDDU: Ah, Brennan's Jazz Kitchen! That's where my sisters and I were fortunate enough to dine for Thanksgiving Dinner with Dustysage and Fishbulb this past November. We had brought a few citizens from Morva, along, too. Maybe it was just the good company we were with but our memories of the place are quite good.

ORWEN: They certainly had some delicious, fancy desserts to die for!

ORGOCH: Think they even had a frog leg er two--er maybe that was Fishbulb's arm I was munchin' on at the time. Hard ta remember after a couple months is gone by.

ORDDU: I also recall that they had a really tasty dish with chopped apples mixed with cranberry sauce. That may have only been for Thanksgiving, though. In any event, all of us there seemed to enjoy the experience.
