Prime Viewing Area for NYE Fireworks

Does it matter where you sit for the fireworks because I know I am not going to be able to sit where I want to (Main Street). For anybody who has experienced DL on NYE, where did you sit and was it easy to get it?

I watch them from the highest level of the parking structure. You don't have to deal with Disneyland crowds and you get to hear car alarms go off.
