Parade of Dreams song

I am pretty sure this question has been asked before, but I was wondering if any knows if the sonf from the Parade of dreams is available to the public. I took my family to Disneyland for the first time in november of 2006 and have had that song in my head ever since. I know it is a variation of the song by Phil Collins from the Brother Bear movie and I believe Jump 5 has a version of it on an album somewhere, but I really am looking for the real deal.
