i don't think it exist on cd anywhere, but i could be totally wrong. As for the songs, its a combo of American Classics and broadway showtunes, especially from Music Man and Oklahoma

You hear a lot of American classics like Yankee Doodle in a piano/jazz version.

Aside from that site^^ there is also a site following music loops played at Disneyland. That site lists the outside group who performed the music currently played on Main Street.

Personally, it's my favorite loop in the park. I only wish the Holiday Loop would use the same group to play some holiday music in their inimitable style.

They also have a song or two from Hello Dolly.

The songs on Main Street are really nice and they happen to fit the theme nicely, but really most of these songs are no older than 50 or 65 years old.

It is anachronistic. They SHOULD be using songs that are 100 years old.

Still, the setting for the stories of the shows that they are derived from are turn of the century (the 1900 one) and before.

Those songs are known and familiar to many Baby Boomers and their parents and fit the ambience of Main Street. Guess those who don;t like it much will have to be satisfied with TL Overlays
