Aristocat's 01-14 TR! It was a good day for them!

I knew it would be a light day from the lack of traffic I encountered on the way to Mickey & Friends. Woowoo!
I always make the walk into the park...a quiet way to start the day. And boy, was it quiet...too quiet?

The entry lines were short. Just how I like 'em!

Main Street was still bustling with the people just starting their day. I don't think it was even 10 o'clock, yet.

So, off I went, eager to start the day!
    Oh, Mr. Lincoln...where are you?

The Indian seems to be looking at something down the street. I had to investigate...

Why, it's Tomorrowland! So, I stopped by to pick up a Buzz FP (which I didn't end up using *sigh*)...

I thought I might sneak some pictures of the lagoon, but chickened out. Took a picture of the Matterhorn, instead...

I made up my mind to visit Toon Town, since I hadn't been in a while, but stopped by to snap a pic of IASW, first. Boy, was the sky blue...

    Hello, Toon Town!

I was jealous of Frogberto's Dark Ride shots, so thought I'd hop on Roger Rabbit to try my hand at snapping some...

The pictures were miserable. I'm now convinced Froggie is using a magical camera.
After the Dark Ride picture fiasco, I continued my walk...

After Toon Town, I headed to Fantasyland. I wanted to try out some shots using a slow shutter speed. Look at those cups spin!

I'd never noticed this light, before!

I left Fantasyland and walked towards Big Thunder. Oh, no! That train is out of control!!!

Next, I decided to visit Tom Sawyer's Island...There was a bridge that needed some rocking and swaying...

I walked by the cemetery, to pay my respects...

Even though it was a light day, the Columbia was out...

It was getting close to lunchtime, so I decided to start making my way towards the exit. Hello, Adventureland!

I had to take at least one picture of the Partners...

It was time to head over to DCA!

The flowers were absolutely lovely...I had to snap some pictures...

Even though it was chilly, Grizzly was popular...

It's popular with me, too...but on this day, just for photos...

    Ah, Paradise Pier...I love it!

I think this turned out to be my favorite picture of the day...

The Sun Wheel is always fun to snap...

One day, I'll be brave enough to ride Screamin'. That day was NOT yesterday...

Lunchtime! I started with an Alien Urine Sample. Yes. That is the real name. A good drink, if you have a real sweet tooth...

With my chicken nachos (mmmmm, chicken nachos...) I had a Miami Vice. Very delish!

I cannot get over how BLUE the sky is in this shot. Wow!

On my way over to the GCH, I took one more picture of Grizzly...

And that was my day...walked back to Mickey & Friends and back to reality.

Your photos are amazing! The sky is so blue that it looks fake. Just gorgeous. "Alien Urine Sample," hmmm? I have a feeling that's not something I'll see on Cove Bar's printed menu! Speaking of which, did you have chicken nachos there? I thought they were lobster nachos...or is chicken a substitute? I do know they have items that aren't on the menu, such as popcorn shrimp. I have them make buffalo shrimp--popcorn shrimp tossed in buffalo wing sauce. It's awesome.

Yep. I do the ol' switchero! I'm not a fan of lobster, so I have them put on chicken...a tip I picked up from MiceChat!
As for the drink...I picked up the Bartender's Black Book (which is the same book they keep behind the Cove Bar). I'm determined to broaden my drinking horizons. So many mixed drinks...so little time!

Those photos are really pretty! You have a "magical" camera too.

Thanks for the tips. I'll be doing a little "horizon broadening" at Cove Bar in 10 days. Hope the weather holds up. No matter what, it will be better than here in Chicago.

Wow, what amazing pictures. The one for BTMR looks like it should be in a travel brochure. Thanks for sharing. I have to try those nachos!
