As usual, I left WAY later than I wanted to today (11:20 and had 30-40 minute commute)
I was really happy knowing that I was going to be able to see everybody again
I arrived at intersection to get into the Timon Lot at about 11:50 and took a pic of the beautiful blue sky
As usual, the booth lines were long but could not understand why...
...then I found out, 1 CM for both sides of the booth
I was walking to the tram and was somewhat worried about what the crowds would be like after seeing this...
New ad next to the Security Check, which had no back-up
The entrance lines had NO lines at all which were nice (sorry for the blurriness)
The park map was nice to look at instead of the Christmas one
Where the tree once was...
It was nice to see that they were finally painting the streetlamps back to the normal colors after almost 2 years
"Im late, Im late, for a very important date. No time so say 'Hello, Goodbye' Im late, Im late, Im late!"
The horses on Main Street were looking beautiful as usual
The meet was especially small today, I believe 17 or 18
I finally get to meet Sadako!
"Im right here, what are you gonna do?" (This is a great joke but you would only get it if you are a regular viewer of South Park)
I also finally got to meet Crazy Legs who finally returned from an extremely long hiatus from the park
Disneyland with no garland and no Christmas music! *sigh of relief*
My mandatory Goofy shot
Frogberto (who I also finally got to "meet") and Hollywood 1939 talk cameras
It was still a *bit* too cold for these flowers to bloom
All the Plaids get together for a group pic
Little Tadpole made a new friend (Claribella’s son)
Claribella and her son
We hung out for quite a while (about 45 minutes) and finally decided on a place for lunch
Almandot and Sam chose Bengal BBQ while the rest went Hungry Bear
Dark Beer and his wife, Lisa(?), left to watch the Chargers game (sorry about that) while we left to eat lunch
On the way over, I noticed that this lady was actually helping her child climb the fountain
Crowds weren't too bad
Pirates didn’t look bad
NOS without Christmas decor
A sign that was starting to sag
Sadako was being hassled for something of any value
A drinking fountain in NOS in desperate need of some TLC
It's almost all down
OMG AN OPEN DOOR!
I guess Splash had a considerable breakdown so water was turned off
We have arrived and boy were the lines slow!
We took about an hour to eat lunch (which seemed like an eternity only because I was only focused on how cold I was)
Splash was up by the time we were done
Queenie was bringin in the crowds
To be continued…
