They absolutely will! And, if you have a huge headache or something, they might even let you rest on one of the beds.

Ive had to visit the First Aid in DL numerous times over the years with my brother. The staff there are all very accomodating and helpful as well.

A kilo is a little heavy, and could be used as a weapon, so I doubt they would let you bring it in. If you could fit it in your pocket, however...
