"They's two B's in basketball!"
Haha. Actually, Coheteboy, those questions were going to mini_imagineer. But thanks for posting. I'm intrigued by Toontown Limo though...

I don't even go to toontown anymore. I understand that disneyland is meant for all ages, but it seems like toon town is VERY much for only kids. I mean, I love roger rabbits cartoon spin, but I hate making the trip all the way down there just for that.
Don't worry, we'll hide you where there is nobody around for miles, Disney's California Adventure!

How about this:
- Cover ToonTown and project animated moon and stars on the ceiling and walls (as the Imagineers originally wanted). Light the whole town in bright toon colors and lights. Have it slowly and constantly fade from day into night with the Moon and Sun chasing each other across the sky.
- Add a Fantasia flume ride behind where Chip and Dale's Tree house is now. The climax of the ride is a recreation of the Sorcerer's Apprentice with the boats going around and around as the water swirls at Yensid's feet - Splashing down through the center of a whirlpool into a "Who's the leader of the band" finale and exit.
- Move Playhouse Disney from DCA to a location behind where Daisy's cone shop is now.
