I would love to sit here and read Fishy's trip report except that it hurts to sit because someone (cough*Fishy*cough) thwacked me on my left bun at the Hearthstone and left a big bruise!

Noon – Traditional MiceChat Hub Meet
Where it all started! Expect the meet to last about 30 minutes. We’ll be sure to capture a picture* of the celebration! Be sure to wear your best MiceChat attire, because prizes will be awarded!

The first ones at the hub were Crazylegs and Al.

The hub filled up instantly.

it was 15 minutes before the meet and already it was packed

I quietly pulled the cast member working photopass aside and explained that at 12:30 an extremely large group of people would want to have their picture taken in front of the Castle. She said she could help ouyt and asked how big the group would be. "Oh about 200 or more I think." I said to her. The CastMembers eyes widened and she said "Oh, um I don't think I have that many photopasses. I will be right back."

A Panorama of the Hub during the meet.

A handsome gentleman by the name of Aric approached me along with several other PhotoPass Cast Members. Aric was affable, very friendly and seemed very happy to help organize our large group so that we could have the best photo possible.

Aric was a very friendly and helpful CM.

He informed me that I needed to get the group to the front of the Castle. After we were all in place he then said that if we wanted photopass cards for our picture that the cast members taking the picture would distribute them after the photo. It was so organized. And within no time at all...

Two of my FAVORITE peeps in the world, SirClinksalot and Belle,
had to say goodbye.

It was time for lunch. Where to? Plaza Inn of course! Those who wanted to have a bite migrated over to Plaza Inn for vittles. As I was leaving the hub the cast member whom I had spoken with when we got to the hub chased me down.

This lovely CM wanted to let me know a little something.

The CM thanked me so much for such a well organized and "behaved" group. She said she appreciated how we all listened to Aric and how easy it was to work with us. WE ROCK! and so does she.

After Lunch we were all ready for a little toe-tappin' entertainment...

2:15 pm – Billy Hill and the Hillbillies
It’s a crazy combination of western music with a modern flair. Meet just outside, as we’ll line up early to get good seats!
Location: The Golden Horseshoe

The group strolled back over to Frontierland for to get seats for the always entertianing Billy Hill and the Hill Billies at the Golden Horseshoe.

Before the show Dustysage sent me upstairs to visit Frogberto, Aurora and Tadpole. Tadpole recieved a special prize for being the youngest MC'er in attendance.

It was yet another AMAZING HIGHLY ENTERTAINING show. The crowd was into it every minute clapping and cheering along. Billy Hill and the Hill Billies engaged the crowd with jokes and music until they had to ring the curtain down to the audiences applause. It was great!

After the show we turned to leave and this lovely lady and her family stopped me.

"Are you guys MiceChat?" She asked.

"Yes we are." I answered, "It's the 2 year anniversary today!"

"Oh Wow! Where's Al?" She asked.

Welcome to the boards!

I explaiend to her that Al wasn't with us but was probably somewhere in the park. She and her husband and kids were visiting form Arizona and she was so happy to have run into us. I gave her a 2 Year anniversary button and welcomed her and her family to the boards. Such a nice family.

It was now time for the Parade of Dreams so we headed off to Small World Promenade

After the parade we had a biot of time to relax before dinner at 5:30. Dustysage aske me what I wanted to do and I said, "I want to go down to Fantasia Gardens and have MissChristine scratch my head so I can take a nap." MissChristine let me put my head on her lap and, on one of the benches.
