i figured out a change to keep the police satisfied before they shut down the fireworks show.

I will volunteer my services as a CVPS (Cellular Violation Prevention Specialist).

It'll pretty much entail me standing in the hub with a tire iron and a psychotic look on my face, whacking cell phones out of people's hands when they dial 911 and shouting "YAHTZEE!!!".
