Disneyland lighting *caution* theatre geek-speak ahead

So today we're renting out our Wildfire and it made me wonder, how many Wildfires does Disneyland use, assuming they use Wildfires(FYI: a Wildfire is a heavy duty black light). I mean almost every attraction in Fantasyland uses them as well as Splash, HM and RRCS, etc. Those babies get super hot and use a ton of energy, I would imagine they would prolly need AC or fans in the dark rides because of them. So I wonder how many they have, priced at about a grand a piece?

Or is it your imagination, hmm?

Disney actually uses Chauvet Black Shadow and 4 Foot Black Lights aswell as Wildfyres, the ceilings are not that high up on some of the older darkrides.

Why chauvet they're such a cheap brand. I have alot of chauvet lighting for my DJ equipment and I really don't like any of them.

Some dark ride scenes also rely on simple tube fixtures. You usually find them in intermediate scenes, or in Space Mountain's air gates.

I still wish the space mountain air gates changed color for open and closed :P
