It wouldn't be because you're six feet tall and have bright red hair, would it?

I guess everyone has a bad day but it obvious that this guy didn't know about being professional or didn't care i have probally been to Disney Ca about 50 times and i am very happy to say never had an encounter with an employee like this, but maybe somebody was rude or mean before you walked up which does not give him an excuse, for example Cinderella was over by Aerials Grotto one night with no escourt and about 4 teens where giving her a hard time and being rude I walked over and told them to take a hike ( and i was suprised that they did!!) i then offered to escourt her to where she was going ( which was the grotto) so i walked over with her and the CM who was standing there had a horrified look that she was left alone they both thanked me ( even got a little peck on the cheek from Cinderella) but i saw those teen 3 or 4 times durning the night and they where acting like pure fools the bad thing i do see is people don't respect the park like they yust to and thats really sad

Sounds like he wanted to get fired,so he could collect unemployment. If he quits he can't collect.

Now,Maynard on the other hand was quite nice.He entertained my questions for a few minutes, even though he had to clock out for break.

By the way he's gone again to Australia and New Zealand. He definately isn't working at Disneyland for the money.Apparently,he's got big bucks from other sources to afford all this time away.3 weeks in Hawaii, then 3 weeks down under,in less then 6 months. He just got back from Florida just weeks ago.How does Disney tolorate such an absent employee?

Again, if you get terminated from a job because of insubordination with customers or fellow employees, you can't collect unemployment.

Maynard is a true CM gem. He's awesome. He likes his job and it shows.

I had the honor to sit next to him on the bus ride back to the CM parking lot. He was just chilling with his reading glasses and a newspaper.
