what would you add to storybookland

this is simply a what if question..if they were to "enhance" storybook land what would you add?

the black pearl/the flying Dutchman: pirates of the Caribbean/dead mans chest

    kuzco's palace: emperors new groove

    lilo's house: lilo and stitch

the emperors palace or mulans farm: mulan

notre dame: hunch back of notre dame

finally as another addition add little figurines to each structure

    Easy...

Add all except the PotC... it's gotta be animated so PotC is out IMHO.

BTW. that's a good list... definitely add the Parthenon

I don't believe Sleeping Beauty is represented. I'd put Briar Rose's forest, where she and Prince Phillip met. They could put a bunch of Eyvind Earle trees all around, and the little cottage where the fairies took care of her.
Then, they could shoot blue and pink puffs of smoke out of the chimnys.

Re: what would you add to storybookland

Everything you mentioned except POTC and the little figurines. I like that its just the houses / habitat / landscaping, kind of like taking a tour of the stars homes in Hollywood...not that I have ever done that but I've seen it on TV :-)

Not having the people for me makes it more fantasy, when I hear the pigs singing I can imagine what they are doing inside their houses. I think having the figurines would take a bit away from that.

I know a lot of people don't like this ride, but for me its one of my top 5, how bad can a ride be that threatens to tip over whenever gueses get on / off!

    Love the other ideas!

I'd add a loop. Oh, and maybe Mount Olympus, or Pride Rock (near Agrabah?) from Lion King (if it's not already there--shows how much I ride it, I suppose...)

I'd like to see Robin Hood represented in some way. Is there peter pan? I can't remember, but a model of Never Never Land would be cool.

Sleeping Beauty's castle is one of the standouts of Storybookland...

That pink castle is Cinderella's, with the clock tower, pumpkin and chateau below.

I agree that the woodcutter's cottage belonging to the three fairies of "Sleeping Beauty" would be a perfect addition. Also Maleficent's Domain in the Forbidden Mountains (there are no "scary" parts now).

But I don't want to see anything taken out.

Please excuse DarkRider. He hasn't had his coffee this morning and is obviously delusional. Please go on about your business. There's nothing to see here.

Now you're making me miss the walk-through even more.

And i definitely think they should add KUZCOTOPIA! That would be a really neat one since it's on a hill and such.

I was thinking that adding Mulan would be cool, but then most of her more memorable locales are actual places! So the Great Wall, Forbidden City... not much of a 'storybook'. Same with the Notre Dame in paris. But you know... this idea is still a good one and Epcot should have a ride like this but with REAL locations that Disney stories have taken place.

And kinda off topic but on... the Paris Storybook Land doesn't have a guide. It's just a boat ride passing by all the little miniatures, with the use of music to tell you the story. Do you think that's a better experience?

There is a section of real places such as I think Switzerland during the tour. At least that's what I think it was, it's been a few years since I was on the ride, but I remember a section that seemed out of place because it wasn't part of any well known stories. I think the ride was originally supposed to be like IASW with miniature buildings like a model railroad ride but on water. Now I'm all confused.
