Forgive my ignorance, but what is Mickey's Magic Kingdom Celebration?

A small cavalcade they did in between parade of stars' ending and parade of dreams' debut. There was another cavalcade that was introduced before it sometime in December of 2004 I think and this one was introduced in February 2005? Those dates might have been a couple months later.
