Feb 9 trip report and photos!

We had dinner in Downtown Disney at Naples:




and popped in to see the parade. I found it interesting that they announced that the winner of the grand marshall dream ALSO won the dream of a night's stay at the Disneyland Hotel Mickey Mouse Penthouse. Maybe they couldn't give it away earlier in the day?


The bands are back! This was Nogales High School... from Nogales New Mexico? No, no ... from La Puente!

then it was off to see some Pirates!

When I came out the Mark Twain was still lit, but fireworks were about to start:








And right after fireworks, just minutes before closing, we hopped on the haunted mansion:

The winners of the Mickey Mouse Penthouse get to be the Grand Marshalls of the 7:00pm parade as well as generally have 6:00 or 6:30 dinner reservations at the Blue Bayou for 6 people or so. Each person gets up to $40 to spend as part of the package.

Your son is adorable! I still cant believe that I didn't see you! I find it even more amazing because I was watching the Lion King parade stop THE WHOLE TIME!
