oh, they are so different. I love them both- but I can go on Dinosaur more than I could Indy. But to compare them? Apples to oranges baby!

I guess, if I HAVE to pick, I would choose Dinosaur. I think it has more WOW moments than Indy.

I will have to agree with Neph - I think I barely give the edge to Dinosaur.

Dinosaur is an attraction at Animal Kingdom at WDW. It is the same ride system as Indy- hence the comparison. Same jeeps, only they are called Time Rovers and they are all teched out futuristically. The idea is you are going back in time to get a dinosaur and save it from extinction. The problem is there is a roaming Carnataurus (sp?) out to eat you and a meteor is about to hit the earth. It is dark, shocking, fabulous....the dinos are awesome and when they stop you at one point one runs at you...and then another place it towers over you and roars like you would not believe!

LOL- I always duck at the end- that one that comes out over the Rover spooks me out every time- I know it's there and coming but wow, I just duck out of reflex! I LOVE screaming at the dino where they take your picture..it's just great!

It's incredible....and I do personally think it edges out Indy a bit....

Thanks Neph- I haven't been to WDW in almost 20 years, so that's why I didn't know what it was- sounds really cool!

I took my video camera on it too- don't see much...but the sound is cool to have...LOL

I haven't been to WDW, since it became Dinosaur, are there any major changes from Countdown to Extinction?

Thats a tough question. I think the Indy queue gives it an advantage. However both are great rides. I think that I like Indy a bit more, probably because I loved the movies and the fact that it is at Disneyland.
