If you were to propose (or be proposed to) in Disneyland park, where would you do it? In other words, what's the most romantic place for popping the question at DL, and what would make it the perfect proposal?

On It's a Small World or in front of the Sleeping Beauty's Castle.

Snow White's Wishing Well after 8 pm. quiet, secluded, romantic

I read somewhere that the two most popular places (where/how this info was gathered, I have no idea) for proposals at the park are in front of the Castle and at Snow White's Wishing Well. Go figure.
I jokingly proposed to my ex-girlfriend at the top of Splash Mountain's biggest drop.
and it went downhill after thatOriginally Posted by Scream162

i'd request a Pirate boat alone and propose on that in the quiet treasure caves...
I always thought it would be awesome to hold up a "Will you marry me?" sign on Splash at the drop, so you could have it in a photo forever.
Picture the Main street hub in front of Walt and Mickey. The last showing of Fantasmic has ended and the park is closing. Main Street is deserted, The lights are soft and in the background, the love theme from B&B is playing. You sit her on the bench, kneal in front of her and ask her for her hand. She says in her best Minnie Mouse voice, YOU BETCHA. You take her hand, start to dance to the music. As the music concludes, the two of you kiss. You walk hand in hand down the quiet street with the glow of the windows lighting your way.

Dinner at the Blue Byuoe. I proposed to my wife there. Ask for a table by the water. it was magical to say the least.
My absolute favorite Disney proposal that I've heard of is at WDW... they have the "Walk Around the World" where people could buy bricks that were engraved and then placed in areas around the MK and resorts... I saw on a website where this guy had one engraved that said "Will you marry me?" and whatever the girls name was. So when they went on vacation there, he took her on a walk, and pointed out the brick. I think that is awesome just because of how much thought he put into it. So sweet!
Such romantic ideas! I think something really unique like the splash sign or the brick at WDW is so sweet and shows thought was really put into it.
How about places NOT to propose...the Teacups, for example? lol.
Well, commonplace as it may have been, I proposed at Snow White's Wishing Well. (I had two friends politely shoo visitors away from entering the area so that me and my honey could be alone.)
Ism, that is so cute. I don't think Snow White's Wishing well is a BAD place to propose--far from it! Its an extremely romantic place, and your thoughtfulness in keeping nosey guests at bay was a great idea!
Since I have such a soft spot for the Big Thunder Trail... and it seems so quiet and peaceful, I think a nice spot would be near the waterfall.
