Yet Another Nemo Subs Queue Prediction Thread!

Summer will be well under way when Nemo Subs finally opens. And as others have pointed out, the subs have been closed for not quite a decade. Very long absence indeed!

I predict this summer's FNSV lines will be like never before. Even worse than Captain EO, Star Tours, Indy, Rocket Rods, or Soarin'. And as the temps rise, so will the tempers of both guests and CMs. This isn't going to be pretty.

It's going to be bad. No question about it. We can look at past openings to get an idea.

I'm willing to stand in line for it, though. It's worth it in my eyes.

I'll just make sure I get to the park extra-early, before the park opens so I can make a mad dash over to the queue

To me the most enjoyable thing about the subs was simply watching them glide silently thru the lagoon.......shouldn't be too much of a wait for that

From what was reported previously, guests in wheelchairs will have to queue up in the regular line for access to the viewing room. And only those in wheelchairs and their family and friends will have access.

Now ask yourself how many folks in wheelchairs will be willing to wait in a three-hour line for a video room?

Hmm, Big, Huge, Gigantic, Long, whatever you want to call it. It's going to be a VERY long line. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of Tomorrowland. The Submarine lagoon ride hasn't been opened for years. People want to experience it again, me thinks.

Me? I'll just watch the submarines go by. No line for that! I'll be happy just to see the submarines up and running again.

Only to find that there was a seperate turnstile specifically for those wishing to spend the day in line. I know that's what'd happen to me if I went.

I remember seeing Rocket Rods having lines of over 6 hours, sometimes even longer due to its frequent breakdowns.

I thought the analysis in Al's most recent column was interesting. Especially interesting is the amount of AP holders and how only a small percentage will get to ride during the preview days.
