Bengal BBQ Question I am just wondering if anyone knows what is on the Vegetable Skewar. I went a few weeks ago and the cm who helped me didn't know. I didn't feel like waiting longer, so I got the Bacon Wrapped Asparagus one which was VERY good, but would like to try others!
Also, how spicy is the spicy sauce? I like a bit of spice, but not heaps.
Any help!?

Hm, your best bet would be to go to City Hall. If you ask they can give you a list of all the ingredients in whatever restaurant you need them for.

I believe it's onions, potatoes, and bell peppers. There maybe something else, but I'm pretty sure those 3 are on them.
And the sauce isn't that spicy at all. It's more of a sweet spicy.

Also keep in mind "spicy" at Disneyland rarely means fire hot.
I am allergic to mushrooms, so I have to be careful! I pretty much love veggies though!
Whatever is in those skewers didn't sit well with me. My very first shift ever was at Bengal BBQ and after about two hours of standing over that grill I got a headache and went on a break to throw up. They ended up sending me home on my very first shift and I never worked in that location again haha.
Are you talking about the spicy beef? Somebody said it's a sweet spicy.
I maybe a wimp when it comes to spices but I know that when I've had the spicy beef I've needed a couple tissues to keep my nose from dripping from the strength of the cayenne pepper. That's how spicy it was.
But it's been a couple years since I've had the beef skewer. Maybe it's eased up since then.
Mcow1 is correct they have zucchini, yellow squash, onion, potato and peppers, but they also have mushrooms. I don't know if you can special order. It doesn’t hurt to ask, if they can make them without the mushrooms. I don’t think the spicy sauce on the beef is very hot.
I think Bengal is the best food in the resort, I love the skewers and asparagus is SO great, also with a pretzel, that is the way to go.
Didn't I hear they were going to close that place? Has that changed?
It's not happening any time soon. The five year plan has been altered so that it spares the Bengal BBQ until at least 2010
I hadn't either until my last trip. It was soooooo good!
