3 Days 2 at DLR, one at USH (w/photos)

So I spent the whole weekend at theme parks across Southern California with my good friends. I had a great time with everyone and I would do it again anytime. This will be very photo heavy.

I started out on Friday at noon by going to Disneyland and meeting up with Maseca. He was having trouble at the trams so I rode Star Tours first.

We then decided to ride ToT.

After we rode, we saw Dr. Honeydew and Beaker out and about so of course I took pictures, there are a lot.

They left so I tried to get a picture of the Tip Top Club.

We ate and then they were out again, so...more pictures.

After we were through with DCA we headed over to Disneyland. We went to Pirates.

Jack Sparrow was out and about.

Hope this opens soon.

Then it was off to mansion.

Maseca said he hasn't been to ToonTown in a while so we went.

Next...Mickey and Minnie's house...

More of the TSI stuff. The Columbia is running but only at 6 so they don't show the work done.

They still have the water flowing to pump water back into TSI (this will be shown later).

New stage?

Working on the Fantasmic things.

This wall is totally crumbled now, on purpose?

Injun Joe's Cave has an extension and something about lead being used.

Just dirt.

These pipes were pumping water back into the river.

We were then joined by SimplySabrina, JustJohn, Sunnyg, Anders, Scarlion and CPDP. Off to Fireworks.

Then to Alice because Sunnyg and Ander's wanted to, and hey it's a good ride.

We then rode HM and BTMRR but I didn't take pictures. Then it was off to Lost Bar and then home for the day. Next up, USH.

So on Saturday I met up with Becky and G Dollar Sign (and later Kyle) at Universal Studios Hollywood. They were already there and they were headed to Waterworld.

The red carpet was just for me, I just let these guys use it.

These guys were funny, talking about guests as they walked by.

In line.

On to the show, the new lens at it's best.

Tough guy, I couldn't do this.

Up next, the tram ride to end the day...

As we go to the tram, Becky just HAD to read everything (kidding Becky).

We stood on this number for about half an hour, where was our tram!

My wife's parking spot.

The Hitchcock office. They sometimes don't talk about this anymore.

The Ghost Whisperer...

The King Kong set.

G Dollar Sign is enjoying the views.

The Little Rascals car.

The only rain we saw that day.

The old west's drug dealers.

Lyon Estates from my favorite movies.

Jaws.

The Bates Motel, I'd stay here, it's ok now, right?

A lot of the old horror movies were filmed near this fountain.

War of the Worlds..

After this we went to Terminator and then met up with Kyle. We then went to Shrek 4-D, which was weird to me. After that we decided to go home (mainly because the park was closing). Oh and somewhere in there we rode Back to the Future and ate food.

Was I ready for Day 3? You bet I was, look at my face.

I LOVE the Muppet Mobile Lab! I must go see that! Childhood memories in full blast!

I like how you have your copyright stamped on your actual photos. I gotta figure out how to do that.

I need to go to Universal to. That is on my to-do list for this year and your shots may have bumped it up on my to-do list!

Went to the meet on Sunday, I was late and it was very very busy.

Security.

New paint on the entrances.

Main Street.

Made it to the meet 15 minutes late.

Fishy walked right on by. But then he noticed.

Chernabog was here! With GC!

My favorite shot of the weekend....well maybe besides The End...

We then decided to eat at Pizza Oom Mow Mow because Pizza Port was still closed (I wonder why...)

Dusty leads the way and wonders where Fishy went.

We made it!

After a hearty lunch we went to see Honeydew and Beaker. We waited a long time so I took some pics. Fishy trying to be sneaky.

A bunch of cheerleaders were here and this is why.

What is the fate of me now with the Muppet's Mobile? I do not know.

Ok, I'm not a big fan of Crocs but seriously? For stinkerbell.

Here they are! He asked what I was doing. Taking pics of course. Watch Dusty's video, great stuff.

After that I met up with G Dollar Sign, SS and JJ and we went to HM.

The parade was going and I only managed to get one shot.

The last portrait I needed to get, yay!

We stopped so I got a pic of the doors where the ghosts have trouble getting through.

I tried to get pics of the tombstones all weekend. This is the best I could get.

We got the tall one.

After that we met up with Maseca and we ate food. Then it was time for JJ, SS and G Dollar Sign to leave.

We walked them out then we went on Star Tours. They were using the Security room.

The people mover track.

Security making sure we don't bring in weapons.

The Starspeeder 3000. Already broken...

On the ride.

After that we took the monorail back to DTD.

And then we got some food and I got a book then headed home. It was a great day and a great weekend. I would do this again in a heartbeat as I had a lot of fun.
