Nemo soft openings?

I'm a part time CM from WDW coming out west for Star Wars Celebration over Memorial Day weekend (end of May). I found the report that the Nemo Subs open on June 11. Does anybody know about plans for soft openings? I'll only have one day at DL, and have a lot on my plate as I park hop, but I miss 20k so much I'd be willing to spend time in line to get underwater again!

Al posted about this in his article somewhere...I don't know if there will be that many soft opening days.

Although one never knows. I was at the park yesterday, and they were testing the subs with all the water jets on and working. It looks like they were still painting a lot, and working on the queue.

I guess you could just wing it, because there is probably no way to tell exactly when they will start soft openings...

I would say the chances are not to high. But we never know until they announce it to us.

Two of our APs expire June 4th and i read Al's article the day it came out.

Everything that has been posted by Al seems to indicate that the work schedule is very "tight." I would say that unless a miracle occurs, I doubt that there will be soft openings in May. I anticipate soft openings only a week prior to June 11 at the earliest.

Thanks all. I'll give it a try, but won't expect much. I just did not want to get my hopes too high. I still have the DL Pirates and Mansion to catch up with!
