There's a more up-to-date picture in another thread yesterday that shows the after shot when the "seagull poop white" paint has been applied. Let's see if I can find it... nope I suck - i couldn't find the thread. But that lady did a major sculptured white paint job on that buoy. So now it's more "interesting".

DCA stands for Disney Construction Area. All the Cast Members are themed with hard hats and steel toed boots.
I thought they'd go with the large buoy.
I wouldn't be surprised if real seagulls start using this as a perch as well...

The other boards have known about this for the past week. It looks very aged now. It also has bird crap all over it (White Paint)

I think that is kinda a funny place to work on the Buoy, don't you think?

I think the buoy will go near that lonely rock in the lagoon. Because there is a large hole in that buoy which I think a light see shine on it at night...
