    The Disneyland Jail

A long time ago there was a thread about the "Disneyland Jail"

Did it ever really exist and if it did, is it still around?

I always thought that if you got in big trouble at Disneyland that you we're just taken out by Anaheim PD but others tell me Security takes you to a holding place where Anaheim PD will than come escort you to a squad car and take you away

The only jail I know of is in Toontown, and that's easy to escape from seeing as the bars are rubber or something. I've never gotten in trouble at Disneyland so I don't really know how that works. I would assume they take you to a holding place and wait for Anaheim PD to show up. I don't know if there's constantly Anaheim PD there or not, but I would assume that unless you get busted by Anaheim PD, Security will take you somewhere to wait for Anaheim PD. *shrug*

I'm pretty sure there is a holding room somewhere. I believe the area that the tours start from next to City Hall used to be a police dept. building but its moved backstage since then.
I'm literally a born Disney fan! I was born at Providence St. Joseph Med Center right across the street from Disney Studios in Burbank. The same hospital where Walt died.

    With all due respect...

I would think that someone who definatively claims to know the current location of the long-lost Carnation Delivery Truck (which implies a high level of insider knowledge) would also know the true story of the "Disneyland Jail."

    Tell me the truth, please.

If I remember from the last thread it's not a jail, like it's not some lock'em up in an office behind bars andy griffith or i love lucy style, but there is a security holding room.

They should lock up perpetrators in the jail at the end of POTC ! They could entertain the guests while they wait for APD !

Didn't the original thread that you mention pretty much lay this topic to rest one and for all? There's no jail.

    Re: The Disneyland Jail

when I was 18, four other friends and I were taken to the "Disney Jail" as we called it. Its was no more than a holding room in the middle of an administration area. It was basically like an enclosed cubicle with an unlocked door. But the door did have a buzzer that alarmed if opened. The "room" had no ceiling so the office could hear us yelling at each other and they would come over from time to time and tell us to be quiet. From that room they took us to another area to get a statement. Then they escorted us to the front gate and told us not to come back for the day. I was 18 and it wasn't my proudest moment.
I was not guilty but was associated with the guilty person, so we all were punished.

That's generally how it works. I've been in that situation as a teen. Guilty by association.
