    Magic Ruining?

I was walking down Main Street when i saw Tomorrowland CM's and Indy Cast members on Main Street. Whats the deal?! They don't belong there. It ruins the 20th century feeling. Your thoughts?

Walt was extra strict on this. Why don't they enforce it now?

were they just hanging out or were they working a parade? Crossing with their backpacks towards their lands?
It's the lunch bags and backpacks that get me, not them being out of their lands.
Most often found at a theme park

    Re: Magic Ruining?

Even though it's probably due to acceptance through de-sensitization, I have come to expect the occasional on-stage presence of inappropriately themed CM's. Maybe because of their constant presence during parades and fireworks displays? I don't know how to answer, other than to say it used to bother me a great deal.

Hanging out, but people were lining up for the parade.

I think they should hire seperate cast members to work for the parade and not screw up the experience.

They are there because all lands recently got reshuffled for parade shifts. We are still trying to sort out where we need to go and what we need to wear.

Walt actually had to tolerate out of place Cast Members. The way costuming and everything is established, crossing onstage is almost required. That is why the Magic Kingdom in Florida has utilidors.

As for parades, I do think something proper can be done. There really shouldn't be this mess of roles in Fantasyland, Central Plaza and Main Street, USA.

Well if they work for some other land. They should go backstage get dressed from an Indy costume to a Main Street costume. That would look better.

The Cast Members dont like this either, if it bothers you tell City Hall about it, they listen to the guests.

They can't even keep cm's longer than a week plus there aren't that many parades for ppl to work.

Women conductors on the Disneyland Railroad. If you want to maintain the "magic" of Disneyland you would have to eliminate those too. They didn't exist at the turn of the century. Just an example of the changes you would need to make.

Just be forwarned. I did the same thing and they look at you like you're some creature from outer space. You would do just as good complaining to the wall. Disney doesn't give a c*** about what we think regarding stuff like this.
