I've been meaning to ask this for awhile, why does the green California Screamin' train have one less seat than the other trains?

It's for the handicapped, but I swear they ALWAYS put me next to that seat and it kind of creeps me out a bit.

"He was born with it kids" we try not to talk about it, if makes him feel bad and all the other trains pick on him because of it.
