Loving Disneyland So Much as Adults??

Why on Earth do we as Adults love going to this place? I've been to Florida, Hong Kong, Japan, Paris, and nothing compares to the Original or comes close. Some parks may offer more attractions but nothing comes close to DL-55.

I actually think Paris out does Disneyland in California. I like it better than Disneyland in California overall.

Stalking is when two people go for a long romantic walk together but only one of them knows about it.

Disneyland for me is fun because the experience gets to me more than the attractions.

Disneyland was Walt's playground - the original. Where all the celebrities were when it opened......where all the dignitaries flew in to visit - with Walt.

It has much history and was created with 'love', as corny as that might sound - this is why we love it so much.

i don't really like the wording of this question. It comes across as if Disneyland is a place designed for children. Disneyland is some of the finest storytelling.

I agree with Lazyboy. For many people Disneyland is associated with kids because they cannot distinguish between "children entertainment" and "family entertainment." Just because there are no ultra-intense scream machines in Disneyland does not mean that it is catered to the young.

But it is true that Disneyland caters to the young at heart, which means it will appeal to those who are still capable and willing to use their imagination.

And that's what keeps bringing me back, even as an official adult at 18.
