The ducks are my new favorite things at DL.
I see them every once in a while, and they are so funny to watch all together.

Sometimes they cross the street all together in the middle of the parade... A couple times during Christmas Parade, we all saw the mother duck stick her head out, look up and down the street to make sure it was clear, and then cross with her ducklings in the crossover space!!!

Yeah, I adore the ducks. I love this time of year, when the babies are all over the park. Thay make me smile.

    Go Mama Duck!

It amazes me how some little animals can be extremely powerful and take on creatures four times their size.

Jesus. Never touch wild animals. And NEVER touch wild animal's babies. How thick can some people be?

I would have been a little pittying if the CM hadn't deliberately told him to leave the ducks alone right before it attacked him.

Well at least I, being a teenager, am wise enough to know... I'm not wise. That is more than I can say for others my age.

    Re: Duck attack!

are the ducks at DL truly wild? the WDW ducks have their wings clipped so they don't fly but they do waddle all over the place. I must admit it's alot of fun to see a mommy with her babies and a couple of times I have seen one go nuts because they percieve danger.

    Re: Duck attack!

That Cast Member hopefully took his time rescuing the kid. Let him get nice and bloddied up so he remembers what he did for at least several days!

(Of course the parents would probably sue the park)

Maybe he waited just a little bit?! A nice peck or two? A good scratch with a webbed foot? At least a mark to the face so he has something to explain to the kids at school?
