Question Last night's Remember... Tink took the day off?

I went to Disneyland last night to make sure my co-worker, who was there with his family saw Remember since they haven't done so. I told them Tinker Bell comes out, etc. but when it was her time to pop out from the Matterhorn and amaze all the guests, she was no where to be found. Was there technical difficulties, wind, or did Tink just have the night off? The little door/hole she comes out of from the Matterhorn was open so I was pretty surprised that she never came out. Anyone have any answers?

If the wind there was anything like it was here, that kept her away. I don't have time to check the SNA wind factors for all hours last night, but my first guess would be wind.
If you see a cute yellow lab puppy with a yellow cape, WAVE! It might be us! (Or it may be someone else that lurks here!) Thank you for asking before you pet! Next trip, Dec 22-Jan 3rd.

Well, the firework smoke was heading left towards Tomorrowland. When they released the balloon about a minute before the show started it went up and back from where they released it.

Wind problem? Hmmm. So Basically Tink is like the Golden Zephyr.

These CM's and their sense of entitlement! The other night I saw the fireworks and would you believe Tinkerbell was flying around while talking on her cell phone!

It was cold out! At least to me! I had to keep myself bundled up as much as I could with just a sweater. I just felt bad for my co-worker and his kids. Here I was all talking about Tinker Bell and then she doesn't come out!

there are so many reasons why the tink character didnt show...

wind, scheduling, equipment failure, etc etc etc...

it isnt something that happens all the time, feel happy/lucky when you do see tink.

Yeah, I hear that because this is only the second time I've seen the fireworks without Tink. Pretty good rate I guess.

Oh, and an annoying thing happened while waiting for the fireworks. There was a family sitting behind the people who were behind me *****ing about that we had to sit down because they couldn't see. This was a good half hour or so before the show started and we were in the Hub in front of the Partners statue. Last time I checked, every time I've seen the show in that spot was STANDING only. I told the people behind me to ignore the cranky family because they had it wrong. If they wanted to sit, they should have looked for a sitting only area instead of plopping down wherever they pleased. Besides, the way that hub was crowded last night, it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to have everyone sit down.
