    Yum, what a fantabulous report!
where exactly are the waterfalls? I wanna see them
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Great Dinner report! We ate there when it was called Granviles (spelled wrong). Even then the Crab Cake was singular and delicious back then also! Your report made us want to book a reservation again, and soon. thanks for sharing...Always Medium-Rare on the steak!

Ok there's gotta be some reason for this! Anybody know? Hello? Is anyone listening to me? If peeing your pants is cool, consider me Miles Davis.

They actually overcooked that ribeye. Although it was medium as ordered, they used the wrong cut for medium. Where it looks like a wedge shaped piece is missing (near watercress garnish) there used to be a fat chain, but buy the time the steak got to the correct temp to be medium, the fat melted away. The best cut to use for medium would only have part of that fat chain showing on one side or come from further down the strip where there is no fat chain. The cut you recieved should have been for rare-mr. Unfortunately an ounce or two or your steak melted in the broiler and not in your mouth. Surprising to me to hear about all the temp mistakes because the grill guys there are usually very good, and in fact gave me my first lessons in broiling steaks. Now I jockey the broilers at a real steakhouse but I do miss the time I spent on the Granville's line.

Saw the old fantasy waters show area. I wish they could do something about that, the fountain was cool but it just looks so bad.

Now I'm hungry for potato. In a hispanic household, it's always been rice, rice, rice, rice, rice!! I'm sick of rice, but potatos are so versatile. I think I will go have a baked potato, salted with butter and sour cream. Mmmmmmmm. おいしい!(oishii/delicious)

So, I wonder if a ghost or CM was just screwing with your head at the old Fanatsy Waters?

I remember going to those horseshoe falls at night, but they do shut them off after a certain hour. I wonder if they had to limit their operation more because of the drought conditions?

Ah, but in my ever so humble opinion the better steak (and better price) can be had at Hook's Pointe, in DLH next to the Lost Boy Bar, where they actually do mesquite grilling. This goes for all their food, including fish, pork etc...I have had many a good meal at Hook's Pointe...just my own plug for another great Disneyland Hotel Restaurant!

I wonder why only the picture of the stones that look like bread displayed for me!

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.
