Ooh, yes, bad experience with that at the Big Day Out last year. Was scrubbing my eyes for months!
The occasional excessively high air-conditioning will give me chills.
On a serious note, having looked at pictures of the place for years, when I finally arrived there in 2005, I genuinely got chills walking down the Promenade. Just that hint of Space Mountain over the entrance, the giant CALIFORNIA letters and seeing the Main Street Station through the gates made it all very (sur)real very quickly (especially after a 14 hour flight). I felt like I'd come back to a very familiar place, although my memory was very sketchy after a 18 year absence.

The parade stop music during Parade of Dreams, especially hearing the Walt Disney Welcome speech, watching the pinocchio show stop sequence with the jumping puppets...Fantasmic intro and finale ( especially when the fire comes out at the end before mickey comes out on top of the house on the island.)
Went to a party the other night
All the ladies were treating me right
Moving my feet to the disco beat
How in the world could I keep my seat
All of a sudden I began to change
I was on the dance floor acting strange
Flapping my arms I began to cluck
Look at me..I'm the disco duck
