    Calling all Disney encyclomaniacs!

Need to validate wikipedia data related to the naming (present to past) of our subs.. Is this data accurate?
    • Nautilus
    • Scout, formerly Neptune, before that Seawolf
    • Voyager, formerly Sea Star, before that Skate
    • Mariner, formerly Explorer, before that Skipjack
    • Seafarer, formerly Seeker, before that Triton
    • Explorer, formerly Argonaut, before that George Washington
    • Neptune, formerly Triton, before that Patrick Henry
    • Argonaut, formerly Seawolf, before that Ethan Allen

I personally don't know if they are true, but Wikipedia gets a lot of things wrong.

Wasn't one named the Seawolf in the nineties?
It's kind of fun to do the impossible!

Yes...but what is also confusing me is that there was an original SEAWOLF that was renamed the NEPTUNE in the 1980's and at the same time they renamed the original ETHAN ALLEN to SEAWOLF. Why wasn't the Ethan Allen just renamed to NEPTUNE and the original SEAWOLF left alone? I am assuming the renaming of the 2 subs happened during the same period of time....maybe thatís why it seems convoluted.

Those name are accurate. I don't understand either why they switched around the names. They also should have kept Seawolf so I am kinda disappointed over that.

Also Sea Star would have worked. After all there is one in the tank gang.

Wouldn't that be awesome if they made a new sub and it was called Seawolf?

    I HATE the name SEAWOLF!

No really.... I too wish they would have kept this name intact.

I've questioned if those were accurate or not too. I know that one of the people that comes to these boards or another boards added that information.
