Tony Baxter will be at Disneyland tommorow!!!

Baxter will be their for the train release!!! Will somebody ask him about the peoplemover...i doubt he gives a straight answer but it would be nice to know his thoughts...also while your at it somebody ask him how the MSEP and the new watershow at DCA will coincide with one another will Disneyland get MSEP back!!??

If Tony has anything in the plans he will be more then happy pass along some info. He is a very nice guy and is always really happy to talk to Disney fans, just don't turn into a raving Disney geek! I have had to stand next to him and listen to someone telling him "you should do this and change this to make it better" if you know so much then why are you not with WDI?!?!?!?

WHY?????????????? If MSEP came back to DL do you know how even more impossible it would be to get around DL after sun down. If you think about the park right now on a normal summer night. With 2 Fantasmic! showings and 1 Remember... showing you can not move anywhere around the hub starting about 6 or 7. Add it 1 showing of POD and they have to shut down the hub/Fronterland/Adventureland area just for the walk ways. Bringing ELP back to DL would rank up there as one of the worst crowd control ideas EVER!!!! Also Tony would not have any say on that, only entertainment and TDA.

I hope somebody will ask him about the PeopleMover track, though...in addition, perhaps what happened to not removing those TL rocks, placing the Rocket Jets back to where they belong, and if there is any hope of the Little Mermaid ride going somewhere.

He's also my favorite and I really wish I could meet him. I'm still in shock that someone couldn't know who Tony Baxter is. That's okay though, I'm sure you do now.

He is one of my favorites as well next to marc davis. I even got a pic with him at last years pirates red carpet at disneyland!!!

I think most agree. Marc is not only a great imagineer but an amazing animator.

I was lucky enough to have my wish on a flight back from WDW. Marc and his wife Alice (also contributed a lot to imagineering) were on my plane. During the flight, when he was awake and bored, I went up to talk to both of them and were very nice. He signed my sketchbook (w/ his own sharpie) and I told them again how much I loved their work and went back to coach.

Leaving the airport, we were on the same elevator again so it was great to have a proper goodbye on land. Marc was on a wheelchair and very weak already. I think he passed away not too long after.

Im probably going tomorrow, for the 10 hours disneyland is open. If I see him, I will probably be to scared to talk to him. But I will take pictures!
