We rode in to Disneyland on the Monorail so we could check out the Lagoon.

As we disembarked in Tomorrowland, we saw three subs exiting the caverns. Very very cool.

A small portion of the construction "wall" along the Autopia route is down. You can get a pretty impressive view of the Lagoon from on Autopia now.

The event set-up for the didn't impact the park like set-up for the Pirates premieres do, but there was definately a lot going on.
The Plaza Gardens stage and dancefloor was converted to a storage area for catering supplies

Every food location in Adventureland, Frontierland, New Orleans Square, and Critter Country was closed and the major dining establishments has signs similar to the one seen at Rancho del Zocalo:

Some people from the Industry were given a tour of the park, including a briefing of the upcoming Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage. After getting the run-down of the new attraction, they were taken to Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, ushered in through the Fastpass queue, and taken on a spin to help defeat Zurg.

river runs to undergo refreshment by a team of
experts. From this vantage point at Fowler's
Harbor, you may be able to observe some of the
current work, including the installation of new
decking throughout the ship.
The Mark Twain will be resuming daily passenger
services later this spring.

After the afternoon parade, they ushered overflow traffic backstage, even though it wasn't necessary at all. Most everybody went down Main Street, since traffic down the street wasn't all that terrible.
