Disneyland Tickets for a Day

Hi Friends,

I will be visiting LA May 16-22. I'm hoping to make it to a Sunday meet but may have to schedule the requisite Disney trip for a Thursday or Friday. Just wondering if there is a place where I can get a 1 day no-frills ticket other than from Disney. I might consider a trip to DCA also since I've never been there, but I know I can fill a day at Disneyland easy.

I've bought tickets from an outside distributor for WDW at a good discount and wondered if there are similar outfits in Anaheim.

Please let me know. It's a not a big deal and I don't mind buying the ticket at the gate or online, but if I can save an Eisner buck, I'll do it.

The reason you haven't gotten any answers yet is because there aren't any. There are few places that you can get discounted 1-day tickets. A food workers union is the only place I can think of, and you have to be a member, and they are discounted 3-4 dollars at most. My school also sells them to ASB members, but you have to pay the ASB fee, and even then it's only a 3-4 dollar discount.

Disneyland isn't Knott's or Six Flags, where you get 50 percent off during certain times of the year. It just isn't worth looking for discounts.
