Why doesnt anybody I talk to at Disneyland know anything about VMK. They all look at me like Im stupid. Like I just make stuff up.
What gives? :confused:

Could it possibly be that the official launch of production VMK is scheduled for August 5th and it's currently in BETA?

Official launch is June 27th i heard....

VMK in DL should be opening soon....

I know VMK is in BETA and that it doesnt officially open for a month or so... but considering its only a few weeks away from its launch i was hoping that someone would have information about it some where at DLR.
Space Mtn is just under a month away from its "launch" and everyone under the sun knows whats going on.
I think this another example of how WDW is given the upperhand.

Guest Relations CMs are starting training for the VMK tour. Actually, they already learend it and are having their assessments this week. You'll get more info soon.

I DO know that DL's VMK Central will be outside Innoventions, which I believe will be in the old Radio Disney booth.

Calm down! The in park quests haven't even started yet! The software has had plenty of tweaking to go through before it is ready to be rolled out to the general public. Just be happy to be a part of that. Once it is officially open, I am sure you will be able to find out everything you need to about it at the park.

well.. the in park quests HAVE started for WDW but not for DL, and I think that's what we're all a little bothered about. But oh well.... it will start for us soon enough.

You haven't come and talked to me about it. I'm one of the original beta testers. Signed up on the portal and use to send bug reports to the people at disney.go.com. Disneyland will have a VMK central and start doing tours and quest. And we will be giving out codes when you buy certain items. Roll out will happen as soon as all of the bugs are worked out of the game.

I just thought some of you guys would like to know that a VMK (Virtual Magic Kingdom) kiosk is currently under construction outside of Innoventions.

Yeah sorry.. I was mistaken. It's not going to be at the old Radio Disney booth. It's just a little kiosk right outside of Innoventions, as disneyguy247 just pointed out.

You can see a picture of the construction wall outside the innoventions exit walkway in my latest photo update over on www.visionsfantastic.com . I had assumed it was going to be another photo mosaic for the 50th, but I was wrong. It's the VMK kiosk being built.

I was in the park yesterday and took more pictures of the area. The top of the VMK booth is now visible over the top of the construction wall.
