We've been wanting to do this for some time now, and today we were finally able to go to our first official Micechat meet.
In order to get to the hub on time, we took off right after church and parked in Downtown Disney...
While we didn't get a chance to meet everyone, I looked for familiar faces. We introduced ourselves to Fishbulb and Dusty first, and they made us feel very welcome before introducing us to several others.
It was a little tough to recognize Fishbulb as he was sporting this groovy looking hat:
I believe this is DisneyIPresume with Hollywood 1939, aka Jack:
Seveal others were gathered in the hub. We met Morrigoon, who was passing out Tootsie Pops, (Thank you Morrigoon!) Olympicnut, Sam, Sadako, and the birthday girl...Princess Buttercup and her lovely daughters.
It was right about this time that my kids began to lose it as they were REALLY hungry...
...so I thought it best that we head over to the Hungry Bear and order some lunch while we watched the Micechat canoe expedition. I snapped some shots while we were waiting for our order...
Micechatters begin to queue up for the canoes:
Dusty organizes the group into what appeared to be three canoes:

Enjoying our lunch at the Hungry Bear: (I keep telling myself that my kids aren't weird...)
After lunch, we decided to take off to hit a couple more rides before heading home. Princess Buttercup and her loverly daughters, (Courtney, Brittany, and Tiffany?...did we get that right?) made some AWESOME princess party bags complete with yummy cupcakes, bubble gum, bubbles....all sorts of cool stuff.
Of course the reaction from my sons was...
"HEY! This is GIRL stuff!"
The boys were very grateful for the cupcakes, bubble gum, bubbles, and candy. Dana was grateful for all of the other cool stuff which included a pink balloon, jewelry, hair dealybobs, notepad and a princess pencil.
THANK YOU PRINCESS BUTTERCUP AND FAMILY!
New Jewelry! Whoo hoo!
And bubble gum!
I asked Andy for a cute pose. This is what he came up with:
So....maybe I'll hold off on getting him that agent.

After a spin on Pirates, we headed back up Mainstreet:
Took a lap on the train with the bubbles:

We had a GREAT time and we can't wait to go again! It was nice meeting some of you, and we hope to meet more next time!
