    Where's the Duck?

I am a long-time Donald Duck fan, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating that there is a severe lack of The Duck in the park. His character is often not doing meet and greet in the park. You are hard pressed to find new merchandise in the park. What gives?

Haven't really noticed much regarding merchandise, but he still is prominently featured in the 50th Anniversary movie.

But yeah, I remember growing up they used to sell Donald Duck caps all over the place. I don't see those anymore at all.

I'm with you there. Donald is my favorite.

It's sad that you have to go to WDW to not only find Donald merchandise, but attractions with him in it.

At least there are 2 now. "Donalds" Philharmagic and El Rio Del Tiempo (or whatever it's called now)

We see Donald inside Goofy's Kitchen quite often.

He usually hangs out by the buffet.

Just saw Donald yesterday hanging out with the Disneyland Band.

He's in Town Square pretty often. He used to be around more when he was in the rededication ceremony.

Yeah, dude. My husband loooves Donald, and he's constantly disappointed with the lack of merchandise and presence.

    Re: Where's the Duck?

In the seven days we were there over Spring Break, we never saw the duck, except in the parade. Disappointing!

Also, Daisy was missing from the Lilo & Stitch Breakfast. The only thing I can think of is if their personel was spread thin due to demand, they may just not have had enough short people to go around.

IS Donald seen more fequently at WDW?

Here, here, I'm all for more Donald. Haven't been in a looooong time, but I used to find him between the train and hat shop, sometimes. I always scour all the stores for any Donald gear and it does seems to be less common over the years.
