Couple of additional guidelines....Quote:
This seems to be working out in the Walt Disney World section. So let's give Disneyland fans a chance to participate.
I'll give the description of any attraction or location (past or present) on the Disneyland Resort, but not in the usual fashion. I'll describe it as if I am it. I'll give you clues about myself and you try to figure out who I am. Whoever guesses who I am correctly gets to go next.
You can make the riddle as simple or as complex as you want. You can make it rhyme if you wish. Just aim for some balance. Not too easy, not too hard. You may give as many clues as you like, and you can keep giving clues throughout the course of your turn if people are still guessing incorrectly. Keep giving clues until someone gets it.
Of course, there are no guarantees. A single game may go on for days, or seconds, much like the Where in the (Disney) World Game - DL Version. But the point is to be creative and have fun.
Example: "I was once a great adventure, even though you didn't go far. But no matter how hard you try to shrink back, I've got my eye on you."
That's an example of too easy. I'm Adventure Thru Inner space. But you get the idea.
* put '"' around or italicize your clues so people know that you're giving clues instead of commenting
* only one quiz at a time.
* if you can't stay when you're the quizzer (Captain), then post that so that people can put on a "commercial" while you're out.
* I usually wait one hour (unless overnight) before starting a commercial
* I like to give out a short explanation after someone gets the correct answer
