    Club 33 Souvies more expensive??

Wondering if Club 33 gift shop items are generally more expensive than the regular park stuff? Certainly from an Ebay standpoint they are, but wondering if they start out that way?? And are there any pics posted anywhere of the gift shop?? Is it chock full o' items??

Re: Club 33 Souvies more expensive??

I've only been in Club 33 once. There isn't really a "gift shop." They do have a cabinet where a few items are on display. It's my understanding that the items change from time to time. When we were there, one could purchase a keychain for about $10. I bought a nice men's shirt with the Club 33 logo embroidered on it. I believe it was about $35.00. I also bought a wristwatch with the Club 33 logo on the face. It was $85.00. Unfortunately, they did not have the Club 33 mouse ears the day I was there.

Frankly, I think the prices are pretty much in line with the rest of the park... but the items are totally unique.

The mouse ears are $15. The keychain, I want to say... $10? but it's been a little while so I'm not sure.

I don't think so. The Mickey ears were, I believe, $16.00, a keychain $10, a pin $10. They are a bit more, but, not astronomically more.

I'd say they're a lot more expensive than your typical merchandise, yes. It's been awhile since I've been up there so I don't know what's still available.

The merchandise does change, as they sell out
old merchandise, different items are ordered.
Wow! a shirt for only $35! Don't think I've seen
one available for that low a price. The shirts
do change out pretty frequently, as those styles
and colors change. And yes most of the limited
merchandise available in Club 33 is priced about
20 to 30 percent higher than other similar merchandise
in the park. However, the merchandise does seem
to be a bit higher quality (or maybe the Club 33
logo just makes it look classier! )

The merchandise is displayed in a modest sized curio cabinet. Polo shirts, pens ($30ish), mugs ($13ish??), and I believe some denim shirts ($65??)were offered when I ate there. I didn't buy anything as I felt it was pricy, despite it's exclusivness. Then again, when it comes to DL shopping, I'm usually in the Disney Gallery or Disneyana.

Maybe my shirt cost more than I remember. All I know is: I don't think I'll have the opportunity to revisit Club 33 anytime soon, so... whatever they wanted for the souvenirs offered, I paid. I'm happy I did.

Re: Club 33 Souvies more expensive??

Have a fun time!!!! My primary connection is gone now,
but it always a special treat the few times I went. And
yeah, C33 merchandise is justified with the a little higher
price for merchandise (as long at quality stays high) And
I certainly am happy with my purchases there, too.

One group I did attend with a couple years ago, was offered
a discount on the shirts. Perhaps they do drop prices on
    shirts from time to time.
