The Clinkerbelles May 6th TR

We woke up at 5:30am yesterday and decided we should go to Disneyland. YAY!!!

Left the house at about 6:30am so we could be there for opening.

It was SUCH a clear morning, Belle thought she should get a picture of downtown L.A.

This was her first attempt (I had just cleaned the windows too)



The 2nd attempt came out better



Bypassing the long line at Mickey and Friends, we entered in the pinnochio lot entrance. Made it on the tram at about 7:40.

It was PERFECT outside



We decided to do something we had never done before ... ride the double decker bus. This gave us the exclusive tour of the 2nd story of Main Street.

Once our trip up Main Street was completed, it was off to the newly returned to awesomeness Space Mountain.



But it was closed.

So instead we rode Star Tours, Buzz, Alice, Big Thunder and Pirates.

Only 1 side of Matterhorn was running today ... hmm.

Went to the meet at noon. Don't have any pictures.

Saw some familiar faces like Crazy Legs, Al Lutz, Monorail Man, Sadako, Wolfy and Wolfette. Also had a nice time talking with Elly and her hubby about snow in Reno and all things Haunt.

We ended up leaving at noon since we had lunch plans over at DCA. If anybody showed up later and we missed you ... sorry.

On the way to DCA we ran into Eeyore under the train station. (I actually took this picture while on the phone with Fishbulb, not bad eh)

After a spin on Screamin' and Monsters, it was off to Tower.

On the way we saw the Meet the Robinsons characters (hopefully the rumors of this being their last weekend weren't true)

Fun ride as always.

We left the park about 2:30 as we had a little detour to make on the way home. And it was one definately worth making. We had to stop by and say hi to the DustyFishbulbs. Had a nice visit with them, although it was WAY too short and then headed home.

Overall, a very FUN day at the park. Can't wait to go back.

ha I was one of the cast members outside of SM that morning giving everyone the bad news till we came up at 9:30. When we opened and we walked the line up I saw spaces line going near star tours (is that how it was when we had escalators)
