Long distance "solo" trips to the parks

so needless to say i am DYING to get down to Disneyland , unfortunately i live 400+miles north of DL, none of my friends can not get time to go , my girlfriend has used all her paid vacation , my brother and his girlfriend cant afford to go....

so what do i do? is it crazy of me to want to take a solo trip down to So-Cal just to go to Disneyland for a few days?

has anyone else done this before?

it just makes me feel kinda selfish...

    thoughts?

    Do it!

Go for it if that's what you want. I'm sure you could meet up with some Micechatters. Can you fly? That's a long drive to be alone.

See, this is the good thing about MiceChat--it potentially can remedy most Disney-related dilemmas: if anyone feels like goin' to DL, and doesn't want to go alone, just swing by and pick me up--I'm always up for a trip. Really. Come get me. I'll get some shoes on.

If you decide to go, post when you'll be at the park. Im sure there would be folks who would meet up with you.

I agree with everyone here. There's always at least one Mice Chatter at Disneyland, right? Just say what days you're going and yell out Mice Chat really loud. Whoever yells it back will either be a fellow Mice Chatter, MC lurker, or just some random crazy person. Have fun!!!

I'm game too. Just run by Sacramento on your way down I'll just tell my wife I'm going to DL with people from the interwebs...she'll understand. (you might need to rent a van Grim)

I hope you drive an SUV, it sounds like you have a ton of people that want to go with you. Seriously, even if you thought you'd go alone, it's not selfish, everyone deserves some time for themselves. You'll have a great time and be free to see things at YOUR pace.

Well, I'll be nice and meet up with you guys there. I'm not that far away. Only about a 45 minute drive for me.
