Speak to the CMs in City Hall, they'll have buttons and if you ask if they have any ideas for something special, they might be able to make some magic for you... ;)
Hubster and I were at the Resort during our 5th, last year. We stayed at the GCH and they decorated our room...even made little hearts out of washcloths. We got buttons...
...and we stopped at the Cove Bar...and were treated famously! :)
