    Backstage at the Subs

I was at the park yesterday (5/25) and coming back in on the monorail from dinner at Catal in DTD around 6pm, I saw something backstage behind the sub show building, unfortunately I was late and didn't have time to go though another cycle on the Monorail to try to get a pic. Not sure if its still there but what I think I saw was the scary long teethed fish that Marlin and Dory escape from when they are in the dark depths trying to read the mask.

I was sitting on the left side of the Monorail and its when you are heading west before the turnaround to get back to the station (so heading toward Matterhorn). There were divers in the lagoon last night so maybe its already gone and installed now, but I thought I would mention it in case anyone got a pic.

They're called Angler fish, which attract their prey in the dark depths with their lights on the top of their heads.....anyhoo

Cool. I saw the nemo ride at EPCOT and it had one that chased Marlin (spl?) around. I thought it was cool. Most likely will be inside the cave for it to be "dark" enough.

Hmm that's cool I thought they'd be using projections for all of that stuff. I'm all for not doing that though heh.

wires? I thought that sculpture on fronts of ships and the angler fish could have been in the shipwreck graveyard

It may be the one that had the pictures of the Eels. For some reason I completely missed that update so this is new to me. Its a shame that all the older articles get taken down. So if anyone has the pictures of the eels can someone please post it? I remember people saying they looked like the eels from The Little Mermaid. Thanks for sharing that picture!
