    Let's see, I have heard the Fort Closed due to....

    1. The kid who hurt his hand on a gun
    2. Someone tried to molest a kid/adult in one of the gun turrents
    3. Rot and termites

    No disney made the statement at one point about the rot and terimites... I remember someone posted when they asked guest services. It is now only used for storage/fantasmic cast

    They could make a statement that aliens had taken the place over as their breeding ground, but that probably wouldn't be the real reason The Tiki room was full of rot and termites and they didn't close that until very recently and it was refurbed and reopened. I am sure they have plenty of reasons and they are all monetary.
