um, just so you know, I don't know all the specifics on Nemo June 11th, but I am pretty sure with all the Grand Opening stuff, from what I hear, the ride wont open to day guests until around noon.

Remember, they are going to be doing opening ceremonies, (everyone and their moms will be there, ie. Disney executives)

So if you plan to camp...be ready to camp for a long time! I was fortunate to get on the ride during the cast previews...and loading/ unloading takes a long time (and there wasn't even a line), so anticipate the line to be LONG! The ride is awesome, so have fun!

    best of luck!
Went to a party the other night
All the ladies were treating me right
Moving my feet to the disco beat
How in the world could I keep my seat
All of a sudden I began to change
I was on the dance floor acting strange
Flapping my arms I began to cluck
Look at me..I'm the disco duck

I have to think that thousands upon thousands of guests willing to wait in line from before dawn until they get on no matter how long it takes might have a different opinion.

I say there will be a line to get in the gates from 4am, and a line to get on the ride from the second the gates open. If the Nemo CM's foolishly choose to try and prevent a line from forming, well let's just say I don't think that's gonna be a very good option.

    Key word 'supposed'.

Anyone want to run a lottery for what time the subs will really open to the public?

    I'll pick 12:42pm.

When they open the park how will they let people in? Will you have to RUN to be the first to line up for Nemo?
These are the questions that keep me up at night...

Re: getting to park early monday for subs

Disneyland.com is now saying "early afternoon" for the Sub Opening.

I think it will be closer to Noon.

The actaul Grand Opening starts at 10 AM, then they need to remove all the staging and equipment that was used for the event.

I know that Disney wants to open to the public as soon as they can, but these type of events tend to run longer than scheduled.

And it should be interesting to hear what happens when they start to allow Hotel Guests and Multi-Day ParkHoppers in at 7 AM on Monday, while all the AP holders watch and wait until the official opening at 8 AM....

Hotel guests get to go in at seven!? Are these normal hotel guests or do they have some sort of pass or something?

That would be anyone with Early Entry rights for that day. Including all on property hotel guests who purchased park passes as park of a package plus anyone who has purchased a three-day or better pass and not yet used their early entry day.

So two or three day Complimentary Park Hopper Passes don't count? ...and do you mean all and any hotel guests? (In the Disneland property of course)

That would be any guest staying at least two days who purchased theme park tickets as part of their package.

    I think.
